• Syncs your tasks across devices
• Supports task pinning and prioritization

3. Account

3.1 Device-Based Access

0F Task Manager uses device-based identification for syncing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and sync code.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity associated with your sync code. Keep your sync code private and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Service Plans

4.1 Free Usage

0F Task Manager is currently available for free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future.

4.2 Changes to Pricing

Any changes to pricing or the introduction of paid plans will be communicated in advance.

5. Your Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all tasks and data you create within 0F Task Manager.

5.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and sync your content solely to provide the service.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any content you add. Do not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Reverse engineer the application
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Use automated systems to abuse the service

7. Intellectual Property

0F Task Manager, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Markus Höfinger / Zero-Friction Tasks.

7.2 Trademarks

"0F Task Manager", "Zero Friction", and associated logos are trademarks of Markus Höfinger / Zero-Friction Tasks.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

0F Task Manager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Data preservation in all circumstances
• Compatibility with all devices or systems

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for data loss if you have not backed up your data
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the application.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

11.3 Effect

Upon termination, your synced data may be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the application or our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
